Austin, Texas — Austin-based Aspen Heights Partners has announced four new student housing developments in Texas, Iowa and New York.
New developments include a 797-bed community near Texas A&M University in College Station; a 717-bed community near the University of Houston in Texas; a 490-bed community near Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa; and a 422-bed community near Syracuse University in New York. Construction is currently underway on all four sites, with project completion set for fall 2017.
