Student Housing Business Awards

Welcome to the 2013 Student Housing Business Innovator Awards.
On April 11, 2013, Student Housing Business magazine and Student Housing Business.com will announce the winners of the prestigious Innovator award during a special dinner at InterFace Student Housing at the Hilton Austin in Austin, Texas. The awards honor industry leaders in the categories listed below:
On-Campus:

- Best Architecture/Design
- Best Use of Green & Sustainable Construction/Development
- Best Renovation of Existing Dorm/Housing
- Best Public/Private Partnership Development
- Most Creative Public/Private Financing
- Best Implementation of Mixed-use in New Development or Renovation
- Best Vendor/University Solution
Off-Campus:
- Best New Development
- Best Renovation of Existing Project
- Best Architecture/Design
- Best Use of Green & Sustainable Construction/Development
- Most Creative Financing
- Best Turnaround Project
- Best Vendor/Operator Solution
- Best Package and Offering of Amenities
- Best Marketing & Lease-Up Campaign
- Best Social Networking Campaign
- Best Mobile Marketing Campaign
Deadline for submissions is February 15, 2013. $295 per entry, payable by credit card.
Examples of what you will need to enter:

Photos of your property (design awards)

PDFs of marketing pieces (marketing awards)
- Written descriptions (for deals and campaigns/connectivity, etc.).

Leasing package PDFs (amenities, green, etc.
All entries will require a written description to accompany materials.
Winners to be selected by a jury of student housing industry executives and announced in the special "SHB Awards" section in the May/June 2013 issue of Student Housing Business.
