Orlando, Fla. — Campus Advantage has acquired The Edge, a 930-bed student housing community located near the University of Central Florida campus in Orlando.
The 312-unit complex offers fully furnished apartments with private bedrooms, washers and dryers and fully equipped kitchens. Community amenities include 24-hour fitness and recreation centers with billiards, foosball and ping pong, a swimming pool with hot tub and sundeck, barbecue grills, a movie theater room, a tennis court, sand volleyball court, basketball courts and study rooms.
