Austin, Texas — Construction is underway on Aspen West Campus, a 464-bed student housing high-rise located near the University of Texas at Austin.
The 17-story development by Aspen Heights Partners and Grand China Fund will offer 166 units in a range of floor plans featuring up to five bedrooms. Community amenities will include a sixth floor terrace with a fitness center, game lounge, study lounge and pool area with grills overlooking campus. Completion is expected for fall 2018.
