Two Niles Bolton Communities Receive LEED-Gold

San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Marietta, Ga. — Two student housing communities designed by Niles Bolton Associates have received LEED-Gold certification. The first community is Poly Canyon Village, a 2,670-bed property located in San Luis Obispo that serves California Polytechnic State University. It is now the largest LEED-certified student housing community in the nation. The second property is Life’s Village Retreat, a 300-bed property located in Marietta that serves Life University.
