| Design Collaborative Picked for Asbury Seminary Project |

Wilmore, Ky. — Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Design Collaborative has been selected to design a new campus housing complex at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore. The first phase of the project, which is already under construction, will consist of a 100-unit townhome complex with two- and three-bedroom units. Amenities will include a central community area with an amphitheater, a community center and an open grassy area. Phase I completion is slated for January 2011. Fort Wayne-based Irmscher Construction is the design/build contractor.
