| Ambling Awarded Four Management Contracts |

Atlanta — Ambling Management Company (AMC) has been awarded the management assignments for four student housing communities located across the Southeast. First, Treo Partners awarded AMC the contracts for two student housing communities in Tallahassee, Fla., that serve the students of Florida State University. The first is the 138-unit Villa Casa Cortez Apartments, and the second is the 136-unit 1111 On High Apartments. In addition, Vestcor Communities has picked AMC to manage The Flats at Mallard Creek in Charlotte, N.C. The 131-unit community is located within walking distance of the University of North Carolina - Charlotte and is slated to open this fall. Finally, AMC will assume management responsibilities for Campus Crossings South Apartments, a 200-unit property located in Murfreesboro, Tenn., that serves the students of Middle Tennessee State University. The communities boast luxury amenities that include clubhouses, swimming pools, fitness centers, computer labs and movie theaters. — Coleman Wood
