Greensburg, Pa. — Construction is complete for the new Felice Building Apartments in Greensburg. Developed by John Felice, the project consisted of the conversion of a commercial building located at 22 W. Pittsburgh St. in downtown Greensburg into five two-bedroom apartments. The units are being targeted to students of nearby Seton Hill University, University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
