Place Named Manager of Project Near USC
West27th_BrochureLos Angeles — Atlanta-based Place Properties has been retained as property manager of West 27th Place in Los Angeles near the University of Southern California. The 161-unit, 410-bed complex is currently under construction and scheduled for a fall 2011 delivery. West 27th Place will be the first housing designed for USC students to register for LEED certification (LEED-Gold). Los Angeles-based Symphony Development is the developer of the project, with backing from institutional investor CityView.
