LeasingDesk Launches New Risk Management Feature

Carrollton, Texas — LeasingDesk has launched a new addition to its software offerings. Called Credit Optimizer, the enhancement contains a system that adjusts resident screening thresholds to maximize a community's occupancy and profitability while minimizing risk associated with lower credit tenants. The system determines the dollar value of risk associated with each credit level and adjusts the rent price and/or deposit to compensate for higher risk. The Credit Optimizer is part of the company's newest edition of LeasingDesk Screening.
