Denton, Texas — A partnership between Dallas-based Phoenix Capital Partners and Encino, Calif.-based M&A Real Estate Partners has acquired a student housing community in Denton. Campus Park Apartments is located at 1541 Meadow St. and serves students of the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University. It contains 564 beds in a mix of one- through four-bedroom units. Residences range in size from 528 to 1,138 square feet, and rents, which are collected by the bedroom, range from $800 to $1,400 per month. Community amenities include a swimming pool with a sun deck, an outdoor spa and barbecue grills. Other amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center and a club room. Occupancy was close to 100 percent at the time of closing. The community marks the 14 multifamily property in M&A's portfolio. The seller's name was not released.
