Photo courtesy of M&A Real Estate Partners.Tallahassee, Fla. — M&A Real Estate Partners has closed on its third student housing transaction in less than 16 months. Tenn Street Station, a 624-bed property one mile from Florida State University, is 99 percent leased. M&A plans to renovate the clubhouse and pool and upgrade the units’ interiors. M&A also recently acquired The Ridge, a 644-bed community located at the University of West Virginia in Morgantown, as well as Campus Park, a 564-bed, property near the University of North Texas in Denton.
