Innovative to Manage BYU-I Apartments

AmericanBelle.DraftRenderingInnovativeRexburg, Idaho —  Innovative Student Housing has been selected to manage American Belle Apartments one block from the campus of Brigham Young University-Idaho. The Austin-based company also will oversee a $120,000 renovation project of exterior touch-ups that will begin later this year. The building was constructed in the 1980s. BYU-I has an enrollment of 14,000 students, 10,000 of whom live in student housing that is concentrated in a four-block radius, according to a press release.
