Atlanta — Peak Campus Management has promoted its director of marketing, Jessica H. Nix, to vice president of marketing. In addition to managing Peak Campus' marketing, Nix will also oversee student-housing leasing strategies and will be a featured general session host for the National Apartment Association Student Housing conference at the end of the month. She has 12 years of student housing experience, beginning as a community advisor in 1999. Highlights of her career achievements include marketing and leasing start-ups, transitions and working through the challenges of troubled assets. She was the Place Properties Person of the Year in 2002 and received the Peak Campus Management Pacesetter Award this year.
