Campus Acquisitions Breaks Ground on Mixed-Use Project at Texas A&M

Texas AM Campus AcquisitionsWEBCollege Station, Texas — Campus Acquisitions has broken ground on an 18-story student apartment complex adjacent to Texas A&M University in the Northgate area.

 

Construction on the 380,000-square-foot building began in early June with the demolition of a vacant building.

 

The 500-bed property will include 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Building amenities include a rooftop pool, hot tub and sundeck, tanning beds, sauna, steam room, green spaces, a fitness center and more. The building was designed by Hill & Frank. Linbeck is the general contractor. Financing was provided by The Privatebank.

 

Campus Acquisitions will manage the property when it is completed in August 2013.
