Capstone Moves Forward with University of Oregon Project

Eugene, Ore. — The Eugene Register-Guard is reporting that Capstone Collegiate Communities has purchased a piece of real estate downtown for $675,000, which completes the land needed for phase I of a development project bringing about 230 units to Eugene. Local media reports say the project will consist of 374 units, cost $89 million and will be the largest redevelopment to date in downtown Eugene.
