Innovative Picks Up New Managment Contract

TaylorBendWebOxford, Miss. — Innovative Student Housing has been selected to manage Taylor Bend, a new student housing property at the University of Mississippi. Innovative will be responsible for lease-up, operations and marketing at the Ole Miss property.

 

The management transition took place at the end of August, during the middle of the property's first move-in. Since taking over management, Innovative has raised occupancy and launched a new marketing campaign. Taylor Bend Apartments are less than one mile from campus.
