Asset Campus Picks Up New Management Contract

Wilmington, N.C. — Asset Campus Housing has been selected to manage two properties that are two blocks from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Campus Walk I and Campus Walk II provide housing for more than 808 students in the area.

A variety of unit floor plans range from one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes and an additional townhome layout. Amenities offered include: swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball court, fully equipped fitness center, tanning bed, and picnic area with multiple grills.
