Colliers Keenan Brokers Columbia Student Housing Sale

Columbia, S.C. — Columbia-based Colliers Keenan has brokered the sale of a student housing property located in Columbia. The property, which consists of three buildings containing seven units, is situated adjacent to the campus of the University of South Carolina at 630 Pickens St. It totals 11,000 square feet and contains five three-bedroom units, two two-bedroom units and a common billiards room. Frank Cason of Colliers represented the buyer, local investment group N&F Properties. The seller was TWR Holdings. The property traded for $1.05 million.
