Campus Apartments Picks Up Notre Dame Assignment

South Bend, Ind. — Woburn, Mass.-based Gross & Cohen Real Estate Investors has selected Campus Apartments to manage two of its student housing properties. The communities, known as Notre Dame Apartments and Campus Housing, are located in South Bend and serve the University of Notre Dame community. The assignment adds 466 beds to Campus Apartments' management portfolio.
