DBBM Arranges Refinancing of Oregon Apartment Community
Eugene, Ore. — Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage (DBBM) has arranged the $14.3 million refinancing of Capri at University of Oregon Apartments, a student housing community located across the street from the University of Oregon in Eugene. The loan, which was provided by Freddie Mac under its Portfolio Fixed Rate Execution program, carries a 7-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. The property was constructed in 1963 and renovated last year. The borrower's name was undisclosed.
