| Lane4 Selected as Master Developer for Iowa State Project |

Ames, Iowa — The city of Ames has selected Kansas City-based LANE4 Property Group as the master developer for the city's Campustown revitalization project. The project is a partnership between LANE4, the city of Ames and Iowa State University. The project will address several blocks located adjacent to the southern end of the Iowa State campus and consist of mixed-use development concepts. LANE4 has partnered with Treanor Architects and Polsinelli Shugart law firm for the project. More Latest News
