Tuscaloosa, Ala. — Ambling Student Housing has been selected to manage South10, an upcoming student housing community that South City Partners LLC is developing in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, that will primarily serve students of the University of Alabama.
The property will include 592 beds and is located near the Bryant-Denny football stadium. South10 has signed approximately 200 leases in the two weeks prior to announcing the official opening of a leasing office. The new community will deliver in summer 2015.
South10 Apartments will offer fully furnished one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom flat-style floor plans. Each apartment will include a fully equipped kitchen comprised of solid surface quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, 42-inch TVs or larger in the living area, full-size washer and dryer, private bedroom locks with private bathrooms for every bedroom, large walk-in closets, 9-foot ceilings, designer-appointed fixtures and full-size balconies.
Community amenities include a 24-hour clubhouse with a fitness center, pet spa, multipurpose room and study facilities, free tanning and resident computer center. Additionally, the outdoor clubhouse area will include a resort-style swimming pool, dog walk, concrete ping pong tables, sand volleyball court, outdoor living area with flat screen TVs, pergolas, stone fireplace and grilling stations, free garage parking and secured bike storage.
