Aspen Heights Partners Acquires Grand Campus Living

Austin, Texas — Austin-based Aspen Heights Partners has acquired Lincoln Property Company’s student housing division, Grand Campus Living (GCL).

Aspen Heights will take over property management of GCL’s portfolio of more than 3,000 beds nationwide. These properties are located on- and off-campus in Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Nebraska, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Texas. Demi Sterling-Kinney, vice president of operations for Aspen Heights, will oversee the third-party property management division.
