Campus Acquisitions Building its Second Project Near the University of Arizona

Tucson, Ariz. — Park Avenue will feature high-end, resort-inspired amenities, including a rooftop pool.

Following up to LEVEL, which broke ground in May 2012 and will be ready for occupancy August 2013, Park Avenue will include 165 units, 393 beds, and 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 25,000 square feet of underground parking.

Park Ave will include amenities such as a rooftop pool, outdoor terraces, exercise rooms, private and collaborative study and technology rooms, and on-site management by CA’s staff. Additionally, residents will have access to a tanning salon, sauna, clubroom and cyber cafe. Park Avenue construction has started as of February, with full occupancy planned for August 2014.
