Campus Acquisitions Starts Construction on Four New Projects

Chicago — CA’s 2013-2014 pipeline includes more than $450 million of development in 11 projects.

CA’s project near the University of Oregon.Chicago — Campus Acquisitions has broken ground on four new projects in the past 30 days to add to a 2014 pipeline that includes eight new developments totaling more than $300 million and 3,400 beds. The four new projects are near the Universities of Washington, Oregon, Tennessee and Illinois State University.

Campus Acquisitions’ projects that are already underway are near the University of Arizona, Purdue University, Brigham Young University and the Chicago Loop, which are opening in fall 2014. Campus Acquisitions is also currently delivering approximately 1,200 beds at the University of Arizona, Texas A&M University and the University of California Santa Barbara, all of which are expected to open later this month. In aggregate, CA’s 2013-2014 pipeline includes more than $450 million of development representing 11 projects and 4,600 beds.
