Campus Advantage Has Acquired Five Properties in 2014

Austin, Texas — The 2014 acquisitions bring CA’s portfolio up to 52 properties in 19 states, with a total bed count of 25,000.

The Avenue in Indianapolis.Austin, Texas — Campus Advantage has acquired five student housing properties in 2014, adding 2,168 total new beds to its portfolio. These acquisitions bring its portfolio up to 52 properties in 19 states, with a total bed count of 25,000. The properties include 42North and On50 in Tampa, Fla., serving the University of South Florida with a combined total of 864 beds. 2040 Lofts in Milwaukee has 612 beds and is located within five blocks of Marquette University. Its amenities include a fireplace lounge, 24-hour fitness center and study rooms on each floor, as well as 2,453 square feet of retail space. The Avenue in Indianapolis is a 356-bed property serving Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. The fifth property, located in Campus Christi, Tex., is Campus Quarters, located a mile and a half from the campus of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. The 336-bed property features a 3,700-square-foot clubhouse with fitness area, billiards lounge and video game room, as well as Wi-Fi access in common areas.
