Campus Evolution Debuts Renters Insurance for College Students; Retained to Manage Two Properties

New York, N.Y. — Campus Evolution says its brand CEXTRA will begin offering many other student-centric services.

New York, N.Y.  — CEXTRA, an affiliate of Campus Evolution, a subsidiary of Lauderhill Partners, LLC, is now offering renters insurance for college students through the Worth Ave. Group. The policies will offer low deductibles and affordable premiums, according to CEXTA. Campus Evolution has also been retained to manage 148 beds at two student-housing assets serving the Penn State University market in Hazleton, Pa. Campus Evolution Villages was selected as manager by a subsidiary of Oritani Bank based in Washington Township, N.J., which owns both properties. The properties are both known as Solaro.
