Cardinal Group Adds Personnel to Fuel Third-Party Management Growth

Denver  — Cardinal Group owns more than $300 million in assets.

Rebekah DeSmetDenver — Cardinal Group Management has hired Rebekah DeSmet, CGM’s new vice president of operations, and Felisha Miller as director of systems and training.

DeSmet brings more than 15 years of property management experience, previously working with property management companies such as Archstone and Riverstone Residential Group, and Miller brings more than eight years of systems experience with previous stints at Sagebrush and CompassRock Real Estate Management.

“We are very excited to have Rebekah and Felisha on the Cardinal team,” said CGM President and co-founder Alex O’Brien. “Both are well respected within the industry and combined they bring a wealth of operational and systemic experience to our platform.”

Specializing in student housing and mixed-use urban investments throughout the United States, Cardinal Group currently owns more than $300 million in assets and manages more than 3,500 beds of student housing and 1,000 units of conventional multifamily. The company was formed in 2007.
