Denver — Pool and fitness facility part of new suite of amenities.
Denver — Construction has begun on the second phase of a $2 million improvement effort at Auraria Student Lofts, a 125-unit community in Denver managed by Cardinal Group Management and owned by the Auraria Foundation that serves students attending Metropolitan State University of Denver, University of Colorado-Denver and the Community College of Denver.
The improvements at Auraria Student Lofts will include a resort-style lounge pool, fitness facility, private individual and collaborative study rooms, a club room, outdoor grilling space and outdoor lounge. The planned improvements have begun and are expected to be completed this summer. The project is the second phase of a two-part renovation of the property. Cardinal finished construction on the first phase, which included a $750,000 renovation of the lobby, leasing office, common area corridors, unit lighting, signage package, exterior façade, and model units, last year. The student lofts share space with the The Curtis Hotel.
