Memphis, Tenn. — Christine Richards replaces, Craig Cardwell, who has resigned from his position of senior vice president of property operations for Memphis-based Education Realty Trust.
Memphis, Tenn. — Craig Cardwell has resigned from his position of senior vice president of property operations for Memphis-based Education Realty Trust effective February 12. Cardwell is leaving to pursue other entrepreneurial opportunities. Subsequently, Christine Richards has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president of property operations. Richards will now oversee the daily operations of the company’s 44 student housing communities, owned wholly and through joint ventures. Richards has served as vice president of property operations since 2006 and first joined the company in 2001.
