Boise, Idaho —
Carter and Pinecrest Partners, a real estate private equity investment firm, have selected sites to build a multi-family development near Boise State University. The 236-unit development, which will be branded in the coming months, will be located less than half a mile from the university, with sites at 1600 South Lusk Place and 1105 South La Pointe Street.

The 126-unit site on South Lusk Place will feature studio, two- and four-bedroom apartments. The additional 110-unit site, located a quarter-mile away on South La Pointe Street, will be a mix of studio, one- two- and three-bedroom units. The project will begin leasing in September 2014, with completion scheduled for July 2015. Amenities in the developments include bed-bath parity, a private clubroom and fitness center, game room, bicycle parking, tanning beds and others.

“We are excited to offer this development in Boise, which we believe will set a new standard of quality for housing in the local market,” says David Nelson, senior vice president of Carter’s development team. “This community will provide students and young professionals the high-quality amenities they demand, in a location that offers easy access to the university’s main campus and the growing downtown area.”
