Chozick Realty Brokers 76 Units at University of Connecticut for $4.4 Million

Mansfield, Conn. — Investment sales broker Rick Chozick of Chozick Realty has completed the sale of Renwood Apartments for approximately $4.4 million. Renwood Apartments is a 76-unit, 240-bed apartment community near the University of Connecticut. Built in 1966, it is the seventh student apartment complex at UCONN that Chozick Realty has brokered in the past 14 months. Chozick represented the seller, a limited liability company.
