CONWAY, S.C. — The 96-bed Magnolia Lane Apartments near Coastal Carolina University has been sold to a buyer who has rebranded the property as Campus Walk. John Edwards, owner of Carolina Apartment Realty, represented the seller, Hamilton Magnolia Lane LLC, in this transaction, which also includes a 78-bed second phase that is under construction with a July 2012 delivery date.
