Columbus, Ohio — Columbus-based Coastal Ridge Real Estate has launched a third party property management platform, and has been awarded management of three student housing communities owned by DHD Ventures.

Properties include Monarch 716, a 592-bed community located at 100 Forest Ave. in Buffalo, New York; Monarch 815, a 576-bed community located at 1109 University Parkway in Johnson City, Tennessee; and Monarch 544, 440-bed community located at 650 SC-544 in Conway, South Carolina. The firm expects to grow its third-party property management portfolio to 2,500 units by the end of 2018.

“Coastal Ridge has invested millions to build a first-class property management platform to service our own real estate portfolio," says Jay Harkrider, managing partner and president of property management for Coastal Ridge Real Estate.  "The next logical step in our growth was to now offer a fee-based management platform for other owners. We are confident that we have the track record and result-oriented program to deliver superior results to our clients.”
