Gainesville, Fla. — The Collier Companies has hired Isabel Perez as its newest regional community manager. In her new role, Perez oversees six teams and a portfolio of 3,609 units. Perez has been in the industry since 1980 and has worked for companies such as Sentinel Real Estate and Greystar.
The Collier Companies has the largest multifamily owner in north-central Florida, overseeing a portfolio totaling more than 9,800 units of market-rate, infill and student housing. It is present in Florida markets that include Gainesville, Tallahassee, Orlando, Tampa, Ocala, Palatka as well as Norman, Okla.
