Colliers International Arranges Sale of Three Student Housing Properties in Florida, Georgia

Statesboro, Ga. and Tallahassee, Fla. — Colliers International has arranged the sale of three student housing communities located in Statesboro, Georgia, and Tallahassee, Florida.

Dorothy Jackman and Travis Prince of Colliers International brokered the acquisition of Villa Del Lago and Venetian Villas, both located near Florida State University in Tallahassee, by FPA Multifamily. A joint venture between HQ Capital Real Estate and The Collier Companies sold the properties, which total over 1,000 beds.

Villa Del Lago offers two- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a heated beach-entry pool, Jacuzzi, movie theater, game room, computer lab and 24-hour fitness center. Venetian Villas offers four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Community amenities include a resort-style pool with a waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, computer lab and basketball court.

Travis Prince, Sean Baird, Will Matthews and Craig Brown of Colliers International arranged the sale of Berkshire Village, a 115-bed community located near Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. The property was sold by Page Hall LLC, and acquired by Campus Side Apartments. The community offers one-bedroom apartments, and two- and four-bedroom townhomes.
