Corvias Campus Living Announces Two Appointments

East Greenwich, R.I. — Jennifer Dilley and Ronald LaPorte will work in student affairs and business development.

Jennifer DilleyEast Greenwich, R.I. — Corvias Group has hired Jennifer Dilley as vice president of student affairs and Ronald LaPorte as vice president of business development of Corvias Campus Living, the company’s student housing division. Corvias is a real estate company that grew out of Picerne Military Housing, a developer and manager of military housing that was founded in 1998.

As vice president of student affairs, Dilley will partner with university leadership in creating and executing a student life program to improve university recruitment and retention efforts, as well as help develop services that support the university mission. She previously served as vice president of campus life at the Academy of Art University for Campus Living Villages. Dilley holds a master’s degree in education and human development with a concentration in higher education administration from The George Washington University.

Ronald LaPorteAs a vice president of business development, LaPorte will research and recommend potential partnerships. He will coordinate all phases of the new business development process, including site selection, market analysis, finance, construction and leasing.

Prior to joining Corvias, LaPorte managed multiple business lines, including higher education, at the architecture and engineering firm of Bergmann Associates. He also was the national managing director of engineering solutions for ARAMARK Higher Education. LaPorte is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Society for College and University Planning and the Association of Physical Plant Administrators.
