Tampa, Fla. — Capstone Real Estate Investments LLC (CREI) has sold University Lake Apartments, a 401-bed student housing community located near the University of South Florida campus in Tampa.
An affiliate of FPA Multifamily LLC acquired the property for an undisclosed amount. The community underwent renovations in 2012, and offers one- and two-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a fitness center, pool, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, barbecue area, a dock and walking and biking trails.
