D.A. Davidson Hires Paula Poskon and Barry Oxford

Portland, Ore. —  D.A. Davidson, an employee-owned full-service investment firm based in Portland, Ore., has hired research analysts Paula Poskon and Barry Oxford.

Poskon and Oxford will lead the firm’s new real estate research team. Poskon’s title is senior vice president and Oxford’s is vice president. Other recent hires include senior real estate investment bankers Keith Getter and Kyle Kaylor.

Poskon and Oxford will work from the firm’s new New York City office and report directly to John Rogers, head of institutional research for D.A. Davidson.

Poskon has 15 years of experience as an analyst, with 10 years in the real estate sector. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Poskon was a real estate analyst for Robert W. Baird & Co. Oxford comes to Davidson with more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, most recently as an analyst for Discern Inc. covering the office and industrial sectors.

Poskon and Oxford join a team of 14 institutional research analysts at D.A. Davidson who cover more than 250 public companies across five sectors.
