Dinerstein Acquires Cincinnati Property Out of Receivership

Cincinnati — The Dinerstein Companies has acquired Sterling McMillian in Cincinnati out of receivership.

Cincinnati — Houston-based The Dinerstein Companies has acquired Sterling McMillian, a 122-unit, 441-bed student housing community located in Cincinnati. Constructed in 2006, the property includes a resort-style swimming pool, a cyber café, a fitness center, a tanning salon and a study lounge. Dinerstein, which purchased the property out of receviership from a national bank, plans to reposition the property.
