Houston— Sterling University Housing starts four off-campus student housing developments.
Houston — Sterling University Housing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Dinerstein Companies, is underway with four off-campus student housing developments that will open in August 2012. The projects are located near San Diego State University in San Diego, the University of California-Riverside, in Riverside, California, the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and the University of South Florida in Tampa. All projects will be LEED-Silver certified.
