EdR Hires SVP of University Partnerships

Memphis, Tenn. — Julie Skolnicki will focus on increasing EdR’s partnerships with universities.

Skolnicki Memphis, Tenn. — EdR has hired architect Julie Skolnicki to its development team as senior vice president of university partnerships. She will focus on increasing public-private partnership opportunities. Skolnicki, AIA, LEED AP, was formerly vice president of Brailsford & Dunlavey, an architecture and planning firm specializing in higher education projects.

Skolnicki has more than 15 years of higher education experience resulting in more than $2 billion in development of student- life environments driven by institutional objectives. She worked on more than 100 college and university projects during her 14-year tenure at Brailsford & Dunlavey, including the development of The Ohio State University’s North Residential District transformation, a $370 million, multi-phased project scheduled to be completed for fall semester 2016. It will add 3,200 new beds along with new dining, recreation and other support facilities to the campus.
