Concord, N.C. — Entasis Design Architects and Campus Management Group, a Blacksburg, Virginia-based student housing developer and property manager, have opened The Edge Apartments.
The Edge property is located across the street from Virginia Tech campus. This 911-bed private student housing village, consists of nine buildings and an integrated 9,000-square-foot clubhouse. The Edge includes high-end amenities such as a zero-entry pool, grilling area, outdoor fireplace and sand sport court. Upon opening, the project was 100 percent leased.
Currently under construction is The Vintage Apartments near Oklahoma State University. The first phase of this unique project consists of furnished studios and one-bedroom units. These apartments come with granite countertops and energy-efficient LED lighting.
Entasis Design has three other student housing projects in design phase: a 513-bed, six-story mid-rise building with structured parking near University of Tennessee Chattanooga; a 246-bed, 15-story high-rise with residential over structured parking near The University of Iowa; and a 418-bed, five-story wrap project near Clemson University.
