Farran/Lambros to Develop Student Housing Project in Montana

Missoula, Mont. — The property will be the first fully amenitized, purpose-built student housing community designed for the students at the University of Montana.

Farran Realty Partners LLC and Lambros Developments LLP have begun the development of a student housing project located in downtown Missoula. The property is located adjacent to the Clark Fork River and Kiwanis Park, and will be the first fully amenitized, purpose-built student housing community designed for the 13,000 students at the University of Montana. The $30 million, 500-bed building will include study lounges, media room, fitness center with yoga studio, outdoor saltwater pool, music practice rooms, ski and bike tuning room, extra storage, full-time on-site management, and street-front retail. The property will have a secured parking garage with visitor parking spaces. Farran will break ground in late summer 2015 and open the building in May of 2017.
