Dallas — Fountain Residential Partners, in association with Crosswind Development Partners, will break ground this spring on a 427-bed, 139-unit complex adjacent to the University of North Texas in Denton. The project, 33 North, will be located among the university’s Greek housing. Community amenities for the fully furnished apartments will include a fitness center, infinity pool, outdoor deck and urban-style clubhouse. The property is expected to deliver fall 2013.
