FREDDIE MAC PURCHASES MORTGAGE FOR PENN STATE COMPLEX

State College, Pa. — Freddie Mac has purchased an $8.8 million loan from CBRE Capital Markets allowing borrower Jack McWhirter to refinance the Copper Beech Townhome Community in State College.

The 11-building complex houses 87 units and is located on 7.23 acres near Penn State University. The property was built in 1998 and it is comprised mostly of three-bedroom units.
