Boca Raton, Fla. — Giles Capital Group and Rosemurgy Properties have created Park Partners Residential (PPR), a firm for the ownership, development and property management of multi-family real estate.
PPR currently has more than $250 million in projects under development and management including University Park, a purpose-built student housing community in East Boca Raton.
“The formation of Park Partners Residential by our two companies is a natural transition based on a partnership we began in 2013 developing and acquiring student housing communities in Boca Raton, as well as the extensive real estate development and management experience of our collective teams,“ says Rick Giles, managing partner.
The newly created firm also has deals in the pipeline that are located in Davie and Coconut Creek, Florida.
In addition to Giles, the Park Partner Residential executive team includes Alexander Rosemurgy, managing partner; Nic DeSiato, CFO; and Dana Caudell, vice president.
