Waco, Texas — Haven Campus Communities will build an 840-bed luxury student housing community serving Baylor University in Waco. Haven South, located blocks from Baylor’s campus, is currently under construction and will be delivered for the Fall 2016 semester.
Students will have the choice of living in three styles of buildings. The project, which will be managed by Ambling Management Co., will include cottage, townhome and traditional-style apartments in one community.
Haven South will offer fully furnished apartments featuring fully equipped kitchens, large flat-screen TVs, full-size washers and dryers, trundle beds with pillow top mattresses, private bedrooms and bathrooms, and floor plans with ample closet space. Residents will enjoy all-inclusive rental packages including electricity, water, cable and Internet.
Haven South’s amenities will include a large central courtyard with features such as a spacious resort-style pool, sun deck, large tanning deck, cabanas, an expansive lawn area, 2,000-square-foot fitness center building, fire pits and covered built-in grills. The clubhouse features a range of amenities including a cyber-lounge with charging stations, coffee bar, tanning rooms, game room, computer stations, private study room with Smart TV and professional on-site management. Haven South will also include a separate pet park for residents.
