Naples, Fla. — Hodges University has entered into a sale-leaseback agreement that will allow it to expand its Naples campus. The university has purchased a two-story building from Stock Development located at 2647 Northbrooke Drive, immediately adjacent to the campus’ George Gaynor Building. Hodges will occupy all of the first and part of the second floor, while Stock continues to use part of the building as its headquarters. Approximately 25,000 square feet of ground-floor space has been converted into classroom space for the Schools of Allied Health and Technology. The building will also include a 300-person lecture hall, faculty offices, laboratories, computer classrooms, the university’s advancement department and the France Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning. This will give Hodges University the chance to expand its class offerings, as enrollment has increased by approximately 25 percent since last year.
